F1 Driver Pierre Gasly Signs Contract for Condo at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences

Terra and co-developer Lion today announce that the French Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly has signed a contract at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, the Michelin-starred chef’s first residential building located at the gateway to Miami’s Design District and Midtown.
Gasly purchased a 3,712-square-foot four-bedroom, four bathroom sky home listed for $4.9 Million. The residence features a private elevator and a 1,163-square-foot private terrace showcasing sweeping waterfront views of the Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.
